Forbes Names The Year's Highest-Paid Actresses In The World

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com)  —   Jennifer Lawrence topped Forbes magazine's list released Thursday of the world's highest-paid actresses.

The "Hunger Games" actress won't be hungry any time soon.

Lawrence raked in $52 million this year, according to the magazine, which noted that she also collects a nice paycheck for her sponsorship contract with Dior. Her earnings topped those of last year's top-paid actress, Sandra
Bullock, who collected $51 million in 2014.

Scarlett Johansson, powered by her superhero turn in "Avengers: Age of Ultron," landed second with $35.5 million. She also has endorsement deals with Dolce & Gabbana and Sodastream, according to the mag.

"Bridesmaids" and "Mike & Molly" star Melissa McCarthy ranked third on Forbes' list, earning $23 million. Chinese actress/singer Bingbing Fan was the only non-American to make the list, placing fourth with $21 million in earnings.

Newlywed Jennifer Aniston placed fifth, earning $16.5 million.

Rounding out the top 10 were Julia Roberts ($16 million); Angelina Jolie ($15 million); Reese Witherspoon ($15 million); Anne Hathaway ($12 million); and Kristen Stewart ($12 million).

Bullock fell to 13th place on this year's list, but no need to start a GoFundMe page for her just yet -- she still raked in $8 million.
