TRABUCO CANYON (CBSLA.com) — Nine people from the same family were hospitalized Friday night after their SUV overturned into a creek bed in Trabuco Canyon.
Three of the victims, including a 4-year-old boy, were in critical condition, Orange County Fire Authority officials said. The other critical patients were a 47-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man.READ MORE: Residents Say Strong Stench In Carson Keeps Getting Stronger
The single-vehicle collision was reported at 9:55 p.m. on Trabuco Creek Road, about a quarter-mile from Trabuco Canyon Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The victims hospitalized with minor injuries were three boys, ages 14, 8 and 4; two women ages 25 and 26; and a 40-year-old man.
