Expert: Tips For Baby Boomers Looking For Jobs

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — The retiring baby boomer population will increase dramatically over the next 25 years, which means more retirees should be entering the job market.

In California, the 65-and-over population stands at 12.5 percent. Two-thirds of this group plan to continue working, whether it be a full-time or part-time job.

CBS News Business Analyst Jill Schlesinger has some tips for transitioning from full-time employee to part-time retiree.
