Virginia Woman Pleads No Contest To Trespassing Into Home Of Will And Jada Pinkett Smith

VAN NUYS (CBSLA.com) — A 26-year-old woman pleaded no contest for going into the home of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith and refusing to leave, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office said Monday.

Ariel Archer of Richmond, Virginia, entered the plea to a misdemeanor count of trespass and refusing to leave private property.

A criminal protective order was issued prohibiting Archer from coming within 150 yards from the Smith family and their home. She was also sentenced to three years summary probation, the District Attorney's Office said.

Prosecutors say Archer was found inside the Smith's kitchen by a housekeeper on March 21. The family was out of the house at the time.
