STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — A man who was hospitalized with multiple gunshot wounds Friday sustained in a shooting near a Studio City recording studio was reportedly identified as rapper YG.

The gunshot victim, identified by TMZ.com as rapper YG, went to Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center on Sunset Boulevard, and reported to hospital officials that he was shot on Cahuenga Boulevard. Los Angeles police Sgt. Ernie Fischer said the victim was “very uncooperative” with investigating officers.
