HARBOR CITY (CBSLA.com) — Police Wednesday were investigating the circumstances surrounding an officer-involved shooting that occurred in Harbor City.
The incident took place shortly after 12:30 p.m. in the area of 254th Street and South Vermont Avenue, according to the Torrance Police Department.
