BEVERLY HILLS (CBSLA.com) — A popular Beverly Hills gourmet bakery is handing out free cupcakes Monday to celebrate its 10th anniversary.

Sprinkles Cupcakes will give a free cupcake to every customer at its store on 9635 S. Santa Monica Boulevard as part of a ribbon-cutting ceremony, which is scheduled to be attended by founders Candace and Charles Nelson.

Customers will be able to join the celebration at any of six Sprinkles store locations in the Southland.

The bakery – which offers cupcakes in flavors ranging from banana and chai latte to peanut butter chocolate and maple-bacon – will also debut the Sprinkle, a birthday cake with rainbow sprinkles, according to a spokesperson.

The ceremony is scheduled to start at 10 a.m.
