Motor Deputy Injured In Traffic Collision On Freeway In Diamond Bar
DIAMOND BAR (CBSLA.com) — A sheriff's motor deputy Thursday was injured in a traffic collision that occurred on a freeway in Diamond Bar.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 5:54 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the 57 Freeway.
A motor deputy of the Orange County Sheriff's Department was transported to a trauma center for minor injuries sustained in the crash.
No other injuries were reported.
Officials subsequently issued a 30 minute SigAlert and closed all lanes of the freeway at Brea Canyon.
