Los Alamitos Man Shot Dead In Long Beach Alleyway
LONG BEACH (CBSLA.com) — A Los Alamitos man was shot to death in an alley in Long Beach late Saturday night, according to police.
Lawrence Lee Casados, 47, was socializing with others when he was shot after a suspect walked up to him in an alley in the 2700 block of East South Street, a Long Beach police crime report states.
Officers who were sent to the scene at 10:53 p.m. found Casados in the street, suffering from a single gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics, the crime report says.
No additional information, including the description of the suspect, was immediately available.
