STUDIO CITY ( — Chef Nina Safar from Kosher in the Kitch stopped by KCAL9 Monday to dish up some delicious treats for Passover.

Safar is the founder and foodie of Kosher in the Kitch.

Passover is the Jewish holiday that consists of not eating grains, which includes no bread, pasta or rice, Safar explained.

She recommended making quinoa meatballs over spaghetti squash, zucchini pasta, cauliflower pizza bites, portabella burger buns, quinoa fried rice and mint chocolate cheesecake.
