STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Author Maria Kang joined us on KCAL9 Monday to demonstrate exercises from “The No More Excuses Diet” book.
Kang explained she developed a passion for fitness and nutrition when she witnessed her mother struggle with health-related diseases.
“The No More Excuses Diet” book details a realistic meal plan, home workouts and Kang’s goal-setting strategy of speed, strive and score.
Kang added the book combines short term goals with healthy habit-forming behaviors to create permanent lifestyle changes.
Her program is aimed to get readers in a place where they feel in control of their life, love their body and prioritize their health.
