LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Amazon may be one step closer to delivering packages by drone.
On Thursday, the FAA issued an experimental airworthiness certificate to the company’s unmanned aircraft design, which will be used for research, development and crew training.READ MORE: Lance Cpl. The FAA said on its website that the certificate also requires pilots to obtain a private pilot’s certificate, as well as medical certification.
