STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Look for a considerable cool down Tuesday; however, even with the 10 to 15-degree drop in most places it's still going to be well above average.
Temperatures will top out in the upper 70s to low 80s. The on-shore flow will return so look for more clouds.
There is an upper level low that will move overhead. Don't expect much umph to the system; however, there is the possibility for a sprinkle over the next 48 hours.
The trough and low pressure move out by late Thursday and another warming trend will move in for the weekend.
Across the board, temperatures (even through the trough) will be above average. Expect upper 70s to near 80 by the weekend.
