LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Johnny Depp will be traveling back to the United States after sustaining an injury abroad, according to a published report.
Variety.com reports that the actor was in Australia to film "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales" but was not working when he sustained the injury.
Citing insiders, the publication reports that the 51-year-old Depp is expected to have surgery.
People Magazine, citing The Wrap, said he injured his hand.
How he sustained the injury and the extent of the injury weren't known.
