CERRITOS (CBSLA.com) — A big-rig hauling 25 tons of glass overturned Friday night on the transition road from the eastbound 91 Freeway to the northbound 605 Freeway in Cerritos.
The incident happened around 7 p.m. and blocked lanes during the rush-hour commute, according to California Highway Patrol.
