Prosecutors: Conrad Hilton Agrees To Plead Guilty To Assault On Flight

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Federal prosecutors in Los Angeles say Paris Hilton's brother Conrad has agreed to plead guilty to assaulting flight attendants on a trip from London last year.

The U.S. Attorney's Office says Hilton signed the agreement Tuesday. He's set to appear in court Thursday but will officially plead guilty to the misdemeanor later.

The offense carries a maximum sentence of six months in jail, a year of probation and a $5,000 fine. It's unclear if Hilton and prosecutors reached an agreement on a sentence.

Charging documents say Hilton threatened to kill the flight attendants and his behavior was so disruptive that children were crying.

The documents say Hilton was in a rage for most of the 10-hour flight because he was angry over breaking up with a girlfriend and wanted to smoke marijuana.
