Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Feb. 24)
STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Look for a little warming and dry weather through the middle of the week. There is a weak off-shore flow enforcing the dry weather.
Overnight lows will be chilly with the dry air mass, light winds and clear skies.
The next system is brewing right now, and it looks like we are in store for another upper level low to move through the area on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. This will bring us a chance for rain once again.
Expect the first chances for showers to hit Saturday afternoon. The track appears to be similar to this weekend's track, once again minor fluctuations will be the difference between light showers and heavier rain, so be prepared for a similar storm.
There is lift with this system as well, so heavy downpours are possible from time to time. It's still very early on this next system, so we will watch carefully.
