Deadline Looms For Affordable Care Act Sign-Up

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com)  —  The Feb. 15 deadline is here.

The deadline, that is, to sign up for mandatory health care coverage under the Affordable Care Act, AKA Obamacare.

Covered California hopes to get 500,000 additional California residents enrolled.

The tax penalty for not having insurance doubles this calendar year.
