Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Feb. 13)

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Summer in winter continues for Southern California.

Temperatures will once again top out in the mid to upper 80s. We could once again flirt with some record breaking heat.

Through the weekend, the ridge will weaken a bit and that will bring temperatures down a few degrees. However, even with the cooler weather temperatures will remain 8 to 12 degrees above average for this time of year.

Expect mostly clear skies through Monday. Then for the middle of next week there could be some more clouds, but it will still stay on the warm side.

Right now, there is no chance of rain over the extended period through the 24th. That would mean we will have received virtually no rain in what's supposed to be the wettest month of the year.
