Authorities ID Boy, 16, Shot Dead In South LA
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The L.A. County Coroner's Office has identified a 16-year-old boy fatally shot Friday in South L.A.
Christian Henriquez, of Los Angeles, was walking with a 19-year-old man in the 11200 block of Figueroa Street when two men approached and opened fire, LAPD Officer Sara Faden said.
Henriquez died at the scene.
The 19-year-old suffered critical injuries and was hospitalized in stable condition.
No arrests have been reported.
