Investigators say Lake, an attorney specializing in medical marijuana cases, hosted the lingerie-clad celebration for about 200 people, including teens who drank alcohol.
Lake’s wife, Jacki, a former Poway High School PTA president, also tweeted “Happiest birthday to the baddest b**** in town. Now don’t get arrested. Love you madly.”READ MORE: Two-Alarm House Fire Breaks Out In Simi Valley, 1 Rescued
The celebration was later broken up by deputies after neighbors complained.
Lake was arrested for violating Poway’s social host ordinance, which makes it illegal to host a party where anyone underage drinks alcohol, officials said.
Lake, who is no longer in custody, faces a possible 6-month jail sentence.MORE NEWS: California's Mask Mandate Could End On June 15, Gov. Newsom Says
