Authorities say Rietz crashed a pickup truck into the singer-actress’s car on Pacific Coast Highway just before 8 p.m. on Sept. 27. Prosecutors say Reitz’s blood-alcohol was more than .15 percent.

Actress Leah Remini was driving Lopez’s car and stopped at a light near Nobu restaurant when it was rear-ended, according to a post on the singer’s Instagram account at the time. Lopez’s two children were also in the car, but no one was injured, the singer assured her fans.
