POMONA (CBSLA.com) — The California Dental Association will host a free two-day dental clinic starting Friday at the Fairplex in Pomona.

The clinic will provide oral health care and education at no charge to more than 2,000 patients.

Dentists, dental and health professionals, and community volunteers are donating their time and skills to this two-day event.

Since 2012, with the help of 8,061 volunteers, CDA Cares has provided $7.5 million in care to 10,040 patients.

The clinic doors open at 5:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday at Pomona Fairplex, Building 4 located at 1101 W. McKinley Avenue.
