Plan Check Celebrates New Downtown Location

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Plan Check is celebrating their newest location downtown!

Executive Chef and Partner Ernesto Uchimura visited the KCAL9 studios Saturday to talk about the restaurant and their special K-BBQ burger.

The K-BBQ Burger features kimcheese (gruyere cheese processed with wine and dried kimchi for seasoning), Gouchujang barbeque sauce, grilled pork belly, sesame salt, fried onions, and sprouting onion.

Plan Check Downtown is located at 1111 Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles, CA 90017, with two other locations in West LA and Pasadena.
