LINCOLN HEIGHTS (CBSLA.com) — Water flooded a Forever 21 warehouse on North Mission Road on Sunday morning, but city pipes were not deemed to be the cause.
Los Angeles city firefighters responsded to the warehouse, at 3880 N. Mission Road, following the 7:46 a.m. call, according to a spokeswoman.
