Man Fatally Shot At Riverside House Party
RIVERSIDE (CBSLA.com) — A 31-year-old man was fatally shot Sunday during a party at a home in Riverside.
According to the Riverside Police Department, officers and medical personnel were sent around 1:40 a.m. to the 8400 block of Gramercy Place for report of a shooting at a residence.
Once on scene, medical personnel pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
Detectives learned about 15 people attended a party that was going on at the home prior to the shooting.
No other injuries were reported, however, the suspect fled the scene prior to officers arrival.
The investigation is ongoing as detectives are currently interviewing witnesses.
A description of the suspect is being withheld during the investigation.
The identity of the victim will be released after his family has been notified.
