Gunshots Reported Outside Chuck E. Cheese's In Carson

CARSON (CBSLA.com) — Authorities said gunfire erupted outside a Chuck E. Cheese's in Carson Saturday night.

Two adult males reportedly got into a fight inside the restaurant and took the fight outside, police said.

The restaurant is located in the 20700 block of Avalon.

KCAL9's Brittney Hopper reported two families got into a confrontation inside the restaurant.

Deputies had the entire mall blocked off, she reported.

After two men started getting physical, they took the fight outside.

Hopper reports that police received 911 calls about shots being fired but deputies could not confirm that shots were actually fired.

Three people were detained for questioning.

There were no injuries reported.
