Single Game Tickets For Lakers' 2014-15 Season Set To Go On Sale

EL SEGUNDO (CBSLA.com) — Individual game tickets for the Los Angeles Lakers 2014-15 regular season are set to go on sale at 10 a.m. Thursday.

Tickets will be available online at Lakers.com or by calling (888) 9-AXS-TIX. Tickets will not be sold at the Staples Center box office. Tickets are limited to four per person per game.

Approximately 1,000 tickets will be available for each of the Lakers' 41 home games, according to John Black, the team's vice president of public relations.

The Lakers hope to regain some momentum as a franchise following a disappointing 2013-14 season that saw Kobe Bryant go down with a serious knee injury and, with it, any hope for the team to make a deep run in the NBA playoffs.

Back at Lakers practice this week, Bryant was seen walking confidently on his left leg and running and jumping better than new coach Byron Scott imagined would be possible on a surgically repaired Achilles tendon and the once-broken bone near his knee.

"I'm trying to see if I can prove to myself that I can be myself," Bryant said.
