Coroner IDs Man Fatally Struck On Santa Ana Street
SANTA ANA (CBSLA.com) — Authorities have identified an 83-year-old man who was fatally struck Thursday while crossing an Orange County street.
Gregorio Nolasco of Santa Ana was struck by a vehicle about 5:50 a.m. Thursday in the 300 block of S. Main Street, the Orange County Coroner's office said in a statement. He died shortly after.
City News Service reports that the man was not in a crosswalk at the time, according to Cpl. Anthony Bertagna.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene, according to police.
No further information was provided.
