9 Injured, 2 Critically, In Canoga Park Crash

CANOGA PARK (CBSLA.com) — Authorities Friday said nine people were injured, including two critically, in a two-vehicle crash in Canoga Park.

The accident occurred just after 1:30 p.m., when a car rear-ended a passenger van in the 9200 block of De Soto Avenue near Plummer Avenue.

According to fire officials, all of the victims were transported to hospitals.

The extent of their injuries remains unclear at this time.

The cause of the crash was unknown.
