Chef Rick Garcia Serves Up Pork Dishes Served At Big Bite Bacon Fest
STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Jana Nelson and Chef Rick Garcia stopped by KCAL9 Thursday afternoon to share what can be expected at the Big Bite Bacon Fest this weekend.
The event will serve all you can eat bacon and pork dishes, display over 40 craft beers for tastings, host pork themed games, pageants and the Big Bite Bacon Dish competition for chefs of all ages competing for a cash prize.
Today, Chef Garcia served up some of the dishes that will be served at the event from the Dia De Los Puercos Street Food Truck, such as the "Hog Pocket" and "The Borracho Dog."
Head to Long Beach this weekend and enjoy lunch or dinner on The Queen Mary, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Tickets are available for purchase online, starting at $35 each.
