Body Found At Seal Beach Identified As 60-Year-Old Artesia Man

SEAL BEACH (CBSLA.com)   —  Officials on Sunday identified the body of a man found at Seal Beach Thursday.

The death was ruled accidental.

On Thursday, a man's shirtless body was found face-down among some rocks.

Police said 60-year-old Edward Manuel Garcia was found about 9:35 a.m. near Seal Beach's southern jetty.

Garcia was identified using fingerprints, said Seal Beach Police Sgt. Philip Gonshak.
