Amazing Tart Lime Mango Salsa – (with Chicken)
Servings – 2
3 mangoes
1 large cucumber
2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
¼ jalapeño, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1. This salsa can be used as a topping for Tilapia, Salmon, or broiled chicken and is great over black beans too.

2. This sauce is sweet and tasty, and full of micro nutrients and detoxifiers.

3. It can also be used to cool down soup or add flavor to sweet potatoes or squash.

Lemon Wasabi Dressing with Salmon

Juice of 2 lemons
1 teaspoon Wasabi
1 teaspoon Tamari


Simple French Dijon Dressing – (with Mixed Green Salad)
Servings – 2
1 Tablespoon of Dijon
Juice of 2 lemons
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Pinch of salt
