Man Injured In Ladera Ranch Deputy-Involved Shooting

LADERA RANCH (CBSLA.com) — A deputy-involved shooting was under investigation Monday in an upscale Orange County town, authorities said.

The shooting happened around 10:20 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Sansovino in Ladera Ranch.

Orange County Sheriff's deputies were responding to a disturbance call at a home after neighbors reported a couple fighting.

After authorities arrived on scene, shots were fired and a suspect was wounded.

He was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

No deputies were injured.
