Hollywood Actor Eli Wallach Dies, Aged 98

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Legendary Hollywood actor Eli Wallach has died at the age of 98, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Wallach was known for playing Mexican bandits in "The Magnificent Seven" and "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly."

His career spanned 60 years and included Oscar and Tony Awards.

Wallach was raised by Polish immigrants in Brooklyn and served as a medic in World War II.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years, actress Anne Jackson.
