LA CRESCENTA (CBSLA.com) — Police say they were called to a La Crescenta home late Wednesday after a resident was tied up during a home-invasion robbery.

The incident took place around 11:30 p.m. in the 2900 block of Los Olivos Lane, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

The victim said he had gone to sleep for the night when he awoke to find two black men tying him up.

“The suspects took turns holding him at gunpoint while the other ransacked the home,” officials said. “The suspects left the location with an unknown amount of cash, jewelry, and electronics.”

The victim was not injured in the incident.
