4 Dead In Pomona Murder-Suicide Officially Identified By Coroner

POMONA (CBSLA.com)   —  The coroner's office Wednesday officially released the names of a 23-year-old woman and her 17-year-old brother, who were fatally shot by her boyfriend, who also killed the siblings' mother before taking his own life in Pomona.

Maryann Padilla-Sanchez and her brother, Juan Padilla, were found dead Thursday night, along with Manuela Padilla, 52, of Pomona, whose name was previously released.

The younger woman had been trying to break up with the gunman, who was previously identified as Raul Lipson Olvera-Gomez, 28, of Pomona, according to police.

Officers found the bodies in the 2100 block of Ramsey Way after they received a request for a welfare check late Thursday night from a concerned family member who could not reach the victims, the Pomona Police Department reported.

A handgun was found near Olvera-Gomez' body.
