The supposed victim was being questioned Tuesday night in the LAPD's Devonshire Division.

Bieber has not been arrested or questioned.

TMZ reported that Bieber and his entourage got into a scuffle with a group of men at the batting cages at Sherman Oaks Castle Park Monday night.

Bieber then reportedly confronted a San Fernando Valley woman after he believed she was taking photos of the incident with her phone.

The woman, who was with her young daughter, claims that Bieber grabbed her cellphone from her purse in an attempt to delete the pictures.

When Bieber discovered there were no images, he apparently screamed at the woman and her daughter, according to TMZ.

Bieber has been at the forefront of numerous legal troubles.

In January, he was arrested for DUI in Miami.

He also faces vandalism charges in Calabasas.
