2 Men Killed In Car-To-Car Shooting In Rancho Dominguez

RANCHO DOMINGUEZ (CBSLA.com) — Two men were killed in a car-to-car shooting Monday in Rancho Dominguez.

Detectives said the victims were gunned down shortly before 4:50 p.m. while they were traveling in the 17600 block of South Santa Fe Avenue.

The victims' vehicle then crashed into two other cars.

One man was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

The other victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Santa Fe Avenue on-ramp and off-ramps from the 91 Freeway will be closed until 5 a.m. Tuesday due to the investigation.

The crime appears to be gang-related.
