Firefighters Rescue Stranded Adult, Children In Griffith Park's Bronson Canyon

GRIFFITH PARK (CBSLA.com) — Firefighters are rescuing an adult and three to four children stranded on a hillside in Griffith Park's Bronson Canyon.

The Los Angeles Fire Department was called at 2:46 p.m., according to LAFD spokesman Brian Humphrey.

One of the children being rescued was struck in the head with a rock and suffered a small injury. The child was transported to a hospital to be evaluated.
