Olive Garden Unveils New 'Lighter Italian Fare' Menu

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) – Chris Paredes, General Manager of the Olive Garden in Cerritos, visited KCAL9 Thursday to talk about the restaurant chain's new "Lighter Italian Fare" menu.

The newly unveiled list features 20 items that are under 575 calories.

Paredes also showed viewers how to make one of the new dishes, Chicken Abruzzi.

There are 34 Olive Garden locations in the Los Angeles area.
