Powerball Ticket Worth Nearly $800K Sold In Lawndale
LAWNDALE (CBSLA.com) — Someone who purchased a lottery ticket in Lawndale has won nearly $800,000 in the latest Powerball drawing.
The winning ticket was sold at a 7-Eleven convenience store, located at 4401 Redondo Beach Boulevard, according to California lottery officials.
The ticket worth $782,673 matched five of the six numbers from Saturday's drawing, narrowly missing the $50 million jackpot.
The winning numbers were 3, 12, 27, 38, 2 with a Powerball number of 17.
The estimated jackpot for Wednesday's Powerball drawing will climb to $60 million.
