Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (March 26)

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — A cold front pushed through the area overnight and early Wednesday morning. There were some very light showers, but mostly in the ballpark of a trace of rain to a few hundredths of an inch.

We will keep a moist on-shore flow in place through the day. Expect mostly cloudy skies with the sun poking through from time to time. There will be widely scattered showers through the day Wednesday, but again, don't expect more than a trace here and there.

Foothill communities may pick up a little more. There will be a dry-up Thursday, however, it will still be relatively cool. A ridge will build for Friday and Saturday and that will keep us a little warmer.

There is another ridge that will pass on Sunday that will bring temperatures down. There is yet a third system next week, but again don't expect much in the way of rainfall from that system.

Basin - upper 60s
Coast - mid to upper 60s
Valleys - mid to upper 60s
Mountains - upper 30s to low 40s
Deserts - low 60s
