STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Marlies Korijin, founder of VIPE, stopped by KCAL9 Friday to show her line of workout clothing as well as different moves to get in shape for spring.

Here are some exercises she demonstrated that focus on toning and tightening gluts and legs:

  • Floor Bridge — Using the band
  • Donkey Rise — Perfect to achieve a tight toned buttock
  • Yoga buttock lift — Using a yoga block
  • Cross leg buttocks
