BELLFLOWER, Calif. (CBSLA.com) - Jim Mora is making a presence in his recruiting skills by getting commitment from the No. 4 overall recruit quarterback Josh Rosen.

The nations top-ranked quarterback selected his hometown school of UCLA over Cal and Michigan.

"I knew for sure, probably, about four days ago coming back from Michigan," Rosen said to Rahshaun Haylock. "I came back to L.A. and sort of reassessed where I was but I was pretty confident with my decision."

The junior from Bellflower, Ca. led the Braves over De La Salle of Northern California for the CIF Open Division Bowl State Championship.

The 6-foot-4 QB threw for 3,200 yard and 39 touchdowns  at his time at John Bosco.
