Authorities ID Woman Whose Body Was Found At OC Recycling Plant

ANAHEIM (CBSLA.com) — Authorities have released the name of a woman whose body was found at a recycling plant in Orange County.

The body of Jarrae Nikole Estepp of Modesto was discovered about 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Anaheim trash sorting plant, Republic Waste Services, on N. Blue Gum Street.

The 21-year-old woman was nude and pulled from debris that was being sorted on a conveyer belt.

"We're treating it as a homicide based on the manner of how the body was found and other evidence," said Anaheim police Sgt. Tim Schmidt.

The location of where the body was dumped is still unknown.
