Suspect At Large In Pomona Shooting That Left Teen Wounded

POMONA (CBSLA.com) — Authorities Saturday continued to investigate the circumstances surrounding a shooting that left an 18-year-old man wounded in Pomona.

Pomona police said in a written statement that officers responded to the 1600 block of Berkeley Avenue about 10:30 p.m. Friday following a report of the shooting.

When they arrived on scene, officers located the victim suffering from a single gunshot wound to his upper torso.

The man was transported to an area hospital where he was listed in good condition.

No arrests have been made.

The statement says a silver, two-door, Acura Legend seen leaving the scene may be related to the shooting.
