The Best Food, Cheese & Wine Pairings For Any Party!

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Michael Teich and Carol Teich, owners of The Wallace, stopped by KCAL9 Wednesday to show food, cheese and wine pairings perfect for any party.

The husband and wife team opened the restaurant, which has an underlying philosophy that food should be thoughtfully executed, from start to finish, with a focus on stunning preparations that bring out the essence of the ingredients.

The menu consists of handcrafted small plates fashioned with Californian flavors and fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers and purveyors.
