Man Found Fatally Shot Near His All-Terrain Cycle In Lancaster

LANCASTER (CBSLA.com) — A 47-year-old man was found fatally shot Monday morning near his all-terrain cycle in Lancaster.

Stephen Finson, of Lancaster, was discovered with a gunshot wound at 8:58 a.m. in the 13300 block of East Avenue H.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities said Finson's family reported him missing around 1 a.m. after he failed to return from the desert on his cycle. He was last seen Sunday afternoon.

The investigation is ongoing.
