LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The rapper who was arrested at Justin Bieber’s Calabasas home earlier this month was charged Friday with drug-related felonies.
Xavier Dominic Smith, 20, also known as “Lil Za” was arrested Jan. 14 while Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies searched Bieber’s home in a high-end gated community in Calabasas. Smith was charged with possession of a controlled substance: Oxycodone; possession of a controlled substance: MDMA or ecstasy; and damage to a jail or prison in excess of $950, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.READ MORE: Actor Sidney Poitier Died Of Heart Failure, Prostate Cancer
